Fast AI Network LLC (“FAN™,” “Fast AI Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an R&D tech incubator that manufactures AI learning experiences into AI building assets. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, and otherwise process personal data when you access or use our websites, platforms, products, services, tools, APIs, orchestration layers, accounts, research systems, incubator assets, and related offerings (collectively, the “Assets”).


By accessing or using any Asset as a user, client, partner, visitor, account holder, or customer (“you” or “your”), you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.


1) Personal Data Provided Directly

Fast AI Network LLC collects personal data you voluntarily provide when you interact with our Assets.

If you submit personal data through prompts, uploads, instructions, messages, datasets, or other AI-related inputs; Fast AI Network LLC may process that data to generate outputs, provide requested workflows, support functionality, troubleshoot issues, monitor abuse, improve quality, and maintain security. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and lawful basis to submit such data. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or unauthorized third-party personal data into the Assets.


11) Personal Data Children's Privacy

The Assets are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Fast AI Network LLC does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13 without legally required authorization. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child in violation of law, we may investigate and delete the data as appropriate. If you use the Assets in educational or youth-related contexts, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or lawful bases required by law.

Some browsers and devices offer Do Not Track settings. Because there is no universal standard governing such signals, the Assets may not respond to Do Not Track signals consistently.

The Assets may contain links to or enable interactions with third-party websites, services, APIs, platforms, models, and infrastructure providers. Fast AI Network LLC may securely transmit minimized, encrypted, anonymized, pseudonymized, or compartmentalized data to approved providers where necessary to support functionality, workflows, or integrations. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.


16) International Users

If you access the Assets from outside the United States, you understand that your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Assets after the updated Effective Date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.
